1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Murkd, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Murkd.

3. Anonymous Identity

Your ghost tag is randomly generated and cannot be changed. It is your public identity within the app. Do not share personal identifying information in your posts.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, threatening, harassing, or hateful content
• Post content promoting violence or self-harm
• Impersonate others
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts for violations.

5. Content Expiration

All posts are automatically and permanently deleted 48 hours after creation. This process is irreversible.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant Murkd a non-exclusive license to display your content within the app for the duration of the 48-hour expiration period.

7. Disclaimer

Murkd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

Murkd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
